Why we exist

Most companies we talk to have the same agency story. A polished pitch from a senior person, a contract, and then the actual work handed to someone junior they never met. The reports looked busy. The numbers never moved.

We started LeadCore Media to run it the other way round. Stay small on purpose, take on fewer clients, and keep the senior people on the tools. Lean isn't a stage we're trying to grow out of. It's the point.

It means we can only work with a handful of clients at a time. It also means the work is good, the answers are quick, and you always know who's doing what with your budget.

Aedan Gunter started LeadCore Media after watching too many companies pay agencies that didn't do the work they promised. One rule runs the whole thing: the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
